An Empty Room is a short film that follows a mother visiting the bedroom of her teenage daughter, who committed suicide nine months after moving out of the bedroom to go to university.
I am working as the brand manager for the production and have designed a colour palette, font scheme and banner images to help with the launch of the crowdfunding page.
Selected colour palette.
The colour palette was selected to reflect maternality, sadness, nostalgia, and emotion similar to drowning.
The Font.
The chosen font was selected by searching the film title in Envato Elements, where I found the perfect font called “The Kathy Room”.
